Licence: home and school use
Last updated 3 September 2026
Every Little Bell Print pack is sold with one of two licences. Both are simple, and both let you print as many copies as you need within the licence. This page is the plain-English version; the terms of sale cover the legal detail.
Home licence
The home licence covers one household.
You may:
- print the pack as many times as you like for the children in your home;
- keep the PDF on your own devices and print it again in later years;
- use it with your own children, including for home education.
You may not use a home licence for a class, a tutoring business or a club. If you teach or tutor, you need the school licence below.
School licence
The school licence covers one school site.
You may:
- print the pack for any number of classes, teachers, teaching assistants and pupils at that site;
- store the PDF on the school’s own network or learning platform, where only staff at that site can reach it;
- send printed copies home with pupils;
- use it for tutoring, intervention groups, breakfast and after-school clubs run at the site.
Tutors and childminders who work from home or visit families may also buy the school licence, which then covers your own pupils.
A multi-academy trust or a group of schools needs one school licence for each site. If that does not fit how you work, get in touch and we will sort something sensible.
What no licence allows
Whichever licence you hold, you may not:
- sell, rent or lend the PDF or printed copies to anyone else;
- upload the PDF or any of its pages to a resource-sharing site, a marketplace, a public website or a social media group;
- put it on a shared drive or platform that people outside your household or school site can reach;
- edit the pages to remove the Little Bell Print credit, or present the pack as your own work;
- copy the design or text into a new resource for sale or sharing.
You are welcome to photograph or scan a completed page to share your child’s work, and to quote a page in a review or blog post with a link back to the pack.
