Terms of sale

Last updated 3 September 2026

These terms apply when you buy a digital download from Little Bell Print. They are written in plain English on purpose. If anything is unclear, email hello@littlebellprint.co.uk before you buy.

Who we are

Little Bell Print, England. You can contact us at hello@littlebellprint.co.uk. We are not registered for VAT.

What we sell

We sell printable practice packs as PDF files. There are no physical goods. Each pack is sold with a home licence or a school licence, described on the licence page, which forms part of these terms.

Who can buy

Our packs are sold to customers in the United Kingdom only. If you are outside the UK, please do not attempt to buy; the checkout may turn you away, and we cannot supply you.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Because we are not VAT registered, no VAT is added and the price you see is the total you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe on a secure checkout page. We never see or store your card details. Your order is confirmed when Stripe tells us your payment has succeeded.

Delivery

Delivery is immediate and digital. As soon as your payment succeeds, a download link appears on the confirmation page and the same link is emailed to the address you gave at checkout. Each link works for 7 days and for up to 5 downloads. If a link expires or you lose the email, you can request a fresh one at any time from the resend page. If it still does not arrive, email us and we will send it by hand.

Please check the email address you type at checkout. If you make a mistake, email us from the address you meant to use and we will put it right.

Cancellation and refunds

Because this is digital content delivered immediately, the usual 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 works differently. At checkout you tick a box to confirm this:

I ask for immediate access to this digital download and I understand that, once the download begins, I lose my 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Your confirmation email records that you gave this consent. If you have not yet downloaded the pack and change your mind, email us within 14 days and we will refund you.

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected. If a file is faulty, will not open, or is not as described, you are entitled to a repair, a replacement or a refund. Just email us and tell us what went wrong. If you buy the same pack twice by accident, we will refund the duplicate.

Using the pack

Your use of the pack is governed by the licence you bought. In short: print as much as you need within your household or school site, and do not share, sell or upload the files. The pack remains our copyright.

What we are responsible for

We take care to make every pack accurate and to check it against the national curriculum for England and current Department for Education guidance. Even so, our packs are supplementary practice materials. They are not endorsed by the Department for Education or the Standards and Testing Agency, and we do not promise any particular result in any test or check. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for anything the law does not allow us to limit.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you buy is the one that applies to your order.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you also have the protection of the consumer law where you live.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong, please email hello@littlebellprint.co.uk. We aim to reply within two working days and to put things right quickly.
