Privacy policy

Last updated 3 September 2026

We collect as little as we can, we do not run analytics, and we do not set cookies. This page explains what we do collect and why.

Who is responsible

The data controller: Little Bell Print, England. Email hello@littlebellprint.co.uk with any question about your data.

What we collect and why

When you buy a pack. Stripe, our payment provider, collects the email address you enter, your card details, and the billing details your card issuer needs. Stripe passes us your email address, the name on the order if you gave one, the country of your card, and confirmation that you have paid. We use this to deliver your download link, to record the consent you gave to immediate delivery, and to keep the accounting records the law requires. The legal basis is the contract between us.

When we email you a download link. We send the email through Cloudflare’s email service, which processes your address and the message. We keep a record of each order in our own systems: an order reference, the pack bought, a scrambled version of your email address, how many times each link has been used, and the country your card and connection came from. We keep this so we can resend links, handle refunds, and check that downloads are not being shared. The legal basis is the contract and our legitimate interest in running the shop honestly.

When you ask for a free sample page. We email you the page ourselves through Cloudflare, and we keep your email address, the pack you asked about and the date on our own list, stored on Cloudflare, so that we can tell you when a new pack comes out. By sending the form you agree to that. To come off the list, reply “stop” to any email or write to hello@littlebellprint.co.uk, and we remove you within a month. We do not add shop customers to the list unless they ask for a sample.

When you contact us. The contact form sends your name, email address and message to us by email through Cloudflare’s email service. We keep the conversation for as long as we need it to help you.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set cookies and does not use analytics or tracking scripts. The Stripe checkout page, which is on Stripe’s own domain, sets the cookies it needs to take payment securely; Stripe’s privacy policy explains those.

Who we share data with

We share data only with the services that make the shop work:

  • Stripe, for payments;
  • Cloudflare, which hosts the site, stores the PDF files, sends our email, and keeps our order records and the sample list.

Each of these processes your data under its own contract with us and its own privacy policy. We do not sell data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as UK tax law requires us to keep accounting records. Our own download records are kept for about 13 months. Sample-list details are kept until you ask to be removed. Contact messages are kept while we are helping you and deleted within a year.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or give it to you in a portable form, and you can object to our using it. You can ask to come off the sample list at any time. Email hello@littlebellprint.co.uk and we will respond within a month. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Children

Our site and packs are for parents, carers and teachers. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has given us their details, email us and we will delete them.

Changes

We will update this page if our practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last reviewed.
